Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Youngs Bay Bridge Operating Schedule in Oregon

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a schedule change for the Oregon State highway bridge across Youngs Bay at Astoria, Oregon, to allow for maintenance work on the north bascule lift, which would enable the double bascule draw to operate in single leaf mode and reduce clearance by five feet.
