U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Transition to Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for Electronic Drawback and Duty Deferral Filings

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced that the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) will become the sole electronic data interchange (EDI) system for processing electronic drawback and duty deferral entry and entry summary filings, with an effective date of January 14, 2017.
