Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on James River for Navy Explosives Training

The US Coast Guard has set up a 1500-foot radius safety zone around the M/V SS DEL MONTE in the James River, near the James River Reserve Fleet, to ensure the safety of vessels and people during the US Navy's explosive training exercises on the ship.
