U.S. Extends Employment Authorization for Nepali F-1 Students Affected by 2015 Nepal Earthquake

The U.S. government has extended the employment authorization for F-1 nonimmigrant students from Nepal who are experiencing severe economic hardship due to the 2015 Nepal earthquake, allowing them to work more hours while in school until June 24, 2018.
