ATF Requests Public Comment on New Alien Suitability Form 3252.11

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on a new information collection, ATF Form 3252.11, which is a 30-day alien suitability request, as part of its submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
