ATF Requests Public Comment on New Information Collection: Adverse Information Suitability Request-ATF Form 3252.12

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comment on a new information collection, ATF Form 3252.12, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
