DOL Rescinds Form T-1, Trust Annual Report, and Modifies Labor Organization Reporting Requirements

The Department of Labor has rescinded the Form T-1, Trust Annual Report, and modified its reporting requirements for labor organizations, returning 'subsidiary organization' reporting to the Form LM-2 and clarifying coverage for intermediate labor organizations under the LMRDA.
