ATF Requests Review and Approval for New Information Collection: Drug Activity Questionnaire-ATF Form 8620.12

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection, the Drug Activity Questionnaire-ATF Form 8620.12, and is also soliciting public comments and input from affected agencies.
