ATF Seeks OMB Approval for Revised Firearm Transfer Form

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a revised information collection (IC) form, ATF Form 5 (5320.5), which includes additional questions and grammar changes. The public and affected agencies are invited to submit comments on the proposed form.
