ATF Requests OMB Approval for New Information Collection: Drug Activity Questionnaire-ATF Form 8620.12

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection, the Drug Activity Questionnaire-ATF Form 8620.12, as part of its ongoing efforts to combat drug activity, following a recent proposal submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
