Department of Justice Requests Review and Approval for Information Collection on Certificates of Pardon for Marijuana Offenses

The Office of the Pardon Attorney at the Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval to extend a previously approved collection for certificates of pardon for simple possession of marijuana, following a request for public comments on the proposed extension.
