Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection eComments Requested; Firearms Transaction Record/Registro de Transacción de Armas de Fuego

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice (DOJ), is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection, Firearms Transaction Record, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This request follows a previously published notice in the Federal Register on March 7, 2023, which allowed for a 60-day public comment period.
