Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for ATF Form 7

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for a revised ATF Form 7, used for applications for Federal Firearms Licenses and responsible person questionnaires, as part of its ongoing efforts to streamline paperwork requirements.
