DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for Tax Exempt Transfer and Registration of Firearm

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection related to tax exempt transfer and registration of firearms, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on April 17, 2023.
