DEA Corrects Schedules of Controlled Substances: Brorphine Placement in Schedule I

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has corrected a final order that incorrectly designated certain paragraphs, placing the synthetic opioid brorphine in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, as of March 6, 2023.
