Labor Department Issues Final Rule Rescinding Form T-1 and Requiring Subsidiary Reporting on Labor Forms

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued a final rule rescinding the Form T-1, Trust Annual Report, and requiring subsidiary organizations to report on the Form LM-2, Labor Organization Annual Report, and modifying reporting requirements for the Form LM-3, Labor Organization Annual Report, while also expanding LMRDA coverage to intermediate labor organizations.
