DOJ Completes Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment for Grant Funding Programs

The Department of Justice has completed a Draft Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) to evaluate the potential environmental impacts of implementing grant funding programs, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The public is invited to comment on the Draft PEA.
