Department of Justice Revises Regulations to Allow Attorney General Review of ALJ Decisions in OCAHO Cases

The Department of Justice is updating its regulations to enable the Attorney General to review decisions and orders of Administrative Law Judges in Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer cases related to section 274B of the Immigration and Nationality Act, aligning with the Supreme Court's 2021 decision in United States v. Arthrex, Inc.
