DEA Proposes Adjustments to Aggregate Production Quotas for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing changes to the 2023 production quotas for certain controlled substances listed in Schedule I and II of the Controlled Substances Act, as well as an assessment of the annual needs for the chemical phenylpropanolamine, which is classified as a List I chemical.
