DEA Proposes 2024 Aggregate Production Quotas for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances and Assessment of Annual Needs for Ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine, and Phenylpropanolamine

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing 2024 production quotas for controlled substances in schedules I and II, as well as assessing annual needs for ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine, in an effort to address domestic shortages of controlled substances.
