UC Davis Completes Inventory of Human Remains, Opens Transfer Process

The University of California, Davis has completed an inventory of human remains from the UC Davis Museum of Wildlife and Fish Biology, determining a cultural affiliation with present-day Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of unlisted tribes can submit a written request to transfer control of the remains.
