Notice on Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Lease Sales

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management is publishing a list of restricted joint bidders for Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas lease sales from May 1, 2016, through October 31, 2016, due to joint bidding provisions. The list replaces a prior list published on November 2, 2015, and restricts entities from bidding with those in other groups.
