U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Review Application for Safe Harbor Agreement for Mitchell's Satyr Butterfly

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reviewing an application for a permit to facilitate the reintroduction and recovery of the endangered Mitchell's satyr butterfly on non-Federal land in Michigan and Indiana, and is accepting public comments on the proposal.
