BOEM and BSEE Announce Availability of Programmatic Environmental Assessment for Well Stimulation Treatments on Pacific Outer Continental Shelf

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) are making a Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for well stimulation treatments (WSTs) on the Pacific Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) available for public review and comment.
