U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Incidental Take Regulations for Oil and Gas Industry Activities in Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes new incidental take regulations for the nonlethal, unintentional take of Pacific walruses and polar bears during oil and gas industry activities in the Beaufort Sea and adjacent northern coast of Alaska, with public comments invited.
