U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Comments on Permit Application for Endangered Palos Verdes Blue Butterfly

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting public comments on a permit application from Rolling Hills Preparatory School for a 25-year incidental take permit for the endangered Palos Verdes blue butterfly, as part of a proposed Habitat Conservation Plan.
