Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement Adjusts Civil Penalty Levels

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) has implemented a rule to adjust the level of civil monetary penalties contained in its regulations, in line with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, to account for inflation.
