U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Makes Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit Application Available for Public Review

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available for public review and comment a proposed Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit application from the Slack Chemical Company, which aims to mitigate the impact of a gravel access road on the endangered Karner blue butterfly over the next 10 years.
