ONRR Amends Designated Areas Boundaries

The Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (ONRR) recently convened technical conferences to discuss amendments to the boundaries of four designated areas used to calculate index-based major portion prices in its regulations, with a focus on the North Fort Berthold and South Fort Berthold Designated Areas and potential additions to the Uintah and Ouray Reservation.
