Department of Labor Submits Mine Safety and Health Administration Information Collection Request to OMB for Review

The Mine Safety and Health Administration, a division of the Department of Labor, has submitted an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to continue using this request for reporting hazardous conditions complaints.
