Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement Proposes Rule to Track Decommissioning Costs for Oil and Gas Pipelines on the Outer Continental Shelf

The BSEE is proposing a new rule that would require lessees, owners, and ROW holders to submit summaries of actual decommissioning costs for pipelines on the OCS, expanding the current regulations to cover pipeline decommissioning activities
