NPS Proposes Changes to Off-Road Vehicle Regulation at Cape Hatteras National Seashore

The National Park Service (NPS) is proposing changes to its special regulation for off-road vehicle use at Cape Hatteras National Seashore in North Carolina, including revised beach opening times, extended seasonal route dates, and modified vehicle-free areas. The proposed amendments are in response to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015.
