Notice of Availability of a Draft Safe Harbor Agreement and Draft Environmental Assessment for Activities Within Austin, Bastrop, Burleson, Colorado, Lavaca, Lee, Leon, Milam, and Robertson Counties, Texas

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has submitted a permit application to the Fish and Wildlife Service for an enhancement of survival permit under the Endangered Species Act, which includes a proposed safe harbor agreement to protect the endangered Houston toad. The agency is making the application package available for public review and comment.
