Roseburg Resources Co. Seeks Safe Harbor Agreement for Northern Spotted Owl
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft Safe Harbor Agreement and environmental assessment for Roseburg Resources Co.'s permit application to take northern spotted owls under the Endangered Species Act, as part of a barred owl removal experiment in Oregon.
