U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, and Bonneville Power Administration Announce Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Columbia River System Operations

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, and Bonneville Power Administration plan to prepare an environmental impact statement to assess the long-term operation and maintenance of 14 Federal multiple-purpose dams and related facilities in the Columbia River basin, with the goal of evaluating potential effects on human and natural environments, including socio-economic and endangered species.
