U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for North American Wolverine Listing

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the comment period for its 2013 proposed rule to list the North American wolverine as threatened under the Endangered Species Act, following a court decision that effectively overturned its 2014 withdrawal of the proposal.
