HEARTH Act Approval of Chemehuevi Indian Tribe Regulations

The Chemehuevi Indian Tribe of California has been granted approval by the Bureau of Indian Affairs to enter into business site leases without additional approval under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012, following the BIA's approval of the tribe's leasing regulations on October 7, 2016.
