OSMRE Releases Final PED/EIS for North Cumberland Wildlife Management Area Petition

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has released the final Petition Evaluation Document and Environmental Impact Statement (PED/EIS) for the North Cumberland Wildlife Management Area, which assesses the suitability of certain lands for surface coal mining operations, and invites the public to review and comment on the document.
