BOEM Announces Revised Environmental Assessment for Commercial Wind Lease Issuance Offshore New York

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has released a revised environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact for commercial wind lease issuance and site assessment activities on the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf offshore New York, concluding that the proposed action and alternatives would not significantly impact the environment.
