U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Finalizes Regulations for Non-Federal Oil and Gas Rights

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is finalizing new regulations to improve the protection of refuge resources and the public's health and safety from potential impacts of non-Federal oil and gas operations within refuges, updating rules that have remained unchanged for over 50 years.
