U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reopens Comment Period for Hyacinth Macaw Listing

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is revising its proposed rule to list the hyacinth macaw as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and is now proposing to list it as a threatened species, with a concurrent rule for this species.
