OSMRE Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Surface Mining Regulations

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is seeking public feedback on a proposed information collection related to surface mining regulations, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and has forwarded the request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and reauthorization.
