U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Washington State Department of Natural Resources Jointly Develop Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Marbled Murrelet Conservation

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Washington State Department of Natural Resources have jointly developed a draft environmental impact statement to address an amendment to the 1997 Habitat Conservation Plan for the marbled murrelet, which includes a long-term conservation strategy and an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act.
