U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Requests Comments on Permit Application for California Gnatcatcher Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public input on a permit application from Monterey Park Retail Partners, LLC for a 5-year incidental take permit for the threatened California gnatcatcher, as well as a proposed Habitat Conservation Plan that qualifies for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
