Guidelines for Implementing the Indian Child Welfare Act Now Available

The U.S. Department of the Administration for Children and Families has released new guidelines to help courts, child welfare agencies, adoption agencies, tribes, and family members uniformly apply the Indian Child Welfare Act, a federal law protecting Indian children and their families.
