The Bureau of Reclamation and California Department of Water Resources have released a Final Environmental Impact Report for the Bay Delta Conservation Plan/California WaterFix, a plan aimed at restoring ecological functions of the Delta and improving water supply reliability in California, following public input and refinement of the initial approach.
