USFS Requests Withdrawal of 340,079 Acres of National Forest System Lands in Methow Valley

The US Department of Agriculture's Forest Service has submitted a request to the Bureau of Land Management to withdraw approximately 340,079 acres of National Forest System lands in the Methow Valley, Okanagan National Forest, for a period of 20 years to protect ecological and recreational resources.
