USDA Announces Application Deadlines and Requirements for 313A Loan Program for FY 2017

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is opening the application window for the Guarantees for Bonds and Notes Issued for Electrification or Telephone Purposes Program (313A Program) for Fiscal Year 2017, offering loans for electrification or telecommunications projects, with selected applicants able to refinance existing bonds or notes.
