USDA Reopens Comment Period on Export Reporting Requirements for Apples and Grapes

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is extending the comment period on a proposed rule that would require shippers of apples and grapes exported from the US to electronically report export certificate information until March 24, 2017.
