GIPSA Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Unfair Practices

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule clarifying unfair practices in the livestock industry, originally set to expire on February 19, 2017, by 30 days to March 20, 2017.
